Process Of Data Analytics

Hello everyone! In this lecture we will discuss about process of data analysis. In this we will learn the method or process that used in data analysis technique.

Process Of Data Analysis:

Data Analysis Process is used to extract useful information from a raw data. 

There are following steps to get usefull informations from raw data: 

• Determine the data 
• Collection of data
• Organization of data
• Cleaning of data

Determine the data

The first step is to determine the data requirements or how the data is grouped.

It's mean what types of data we want for example, like costomers data, medical data etc. 

Collection of data 

The second step is the process of collecting data. In this step we collect that data from various sources like CRM, marketing tools, social media etc. 

Organization of data

Third step is to organizing the data. In this step we orgnize our collected data using various tools like spreadsheet or other form of softwares.

Cleaning the data

The fourth step is cleaning of data, In this step data is then cleaned up before analysis. We correct all errors in this step before data goes on to a data analyst to be analyzed i.e, in this step we clean the all errors from data before analyzing the data.

After cleaning the data, data is ready to analytics process.
